To install Bulk Lookup you will need the download file (BulkLookup.zip), which you can get here: Download page
Unzip BulkLookup.zip (in Windows, right-click on the file and select "Extract All..." or simply double-click on it). The zip file contains one folder, named "BulkLookup". Copy the folder to anywhere on your PC. That's it installed.
To run Bulk Lookup, go into the BulkLookup folder that you have just installed and double-click on the "BulkLookup.exe" file.
When the app is running, you might find it convenient to right-click on the Bulk Lookup (BL) icon in the taskbar, and select "Pin to taskbar", which will keep the icon on your taskbar so you can easily run the app at any time by clicking the icon.
